Good atmosphere, excellent team work, social benefits, very interesting work. You get to work in political projects with great relevance and tha motivates your work
Cons
It's rather difficult to promote and get a good salary. The company doesn't belong to the private sector and is very Ministry-related, which makes it very bureaucratic.
