      For me Steelite is a great company, I do not believe in CONS but challenges. And challenges keep coming and you keep solving them.

      Pros

      New to this job. Good coworkers and managers. Management will speak with you. From what I can see they seem to promote inside. Pay is decent. Benefits are great. Building a huge warehouse. Only work 1 shift. Like it so far.

      More parking by warehouse would be good
