Just don't do it - Community Manager Steadfast Companies Employee Review

We have never gotten a clear explanation of the WOW Bonus. Months of hard work to ensure we are doing everything humanly possible to get this bonus just to get half of it. When asked on what we can improve upon we can't get an answer. Upper management seems positive and helpful. That changes quickly. It's become a negative work environment. I wake up in the middle of the night with panic attacks thinking about the next day. I see the other reviews on here from other managers in my region. On one hand it's a relief to know it's not just me, on the other hand it's sad to know it's not just me. I keep holding out hoping it will get better. Perhaps it's time to consider making a change.
