The company has a wide range of very interesting initiatives that give you opportunities to grow and gain expertise that are unique to the Brazilian startup ecosystem. The company is very fluid, non hierarchical, the voices of all team members count.
Cons
As a startup, hard budget decisions need to be made once in awhile. That may be frustrating to people used to large company budgets.
