Compensation - The pay is low to start with, then they hire new employees with less experience for more pay. Employees who have longevity, and great work ethic here, are often told to seek work somewhere else if they would like to be fairly compensated. Operations - everything is shoot from the hip, and last minute. This goes from the top down, any employee you ask will say they are given unfair, unrealistic timelines to complete projects. Middle management is often MIA when things become critical, partly due to the fact that the Upper management is constantly overloading everyone with way more work than they can complete, or get fairly compensated for. Onboarding - processes have gotten better since the beginning of my employment, but are still far-off from ideal. Growth Potential - There is no opportunity for growth here, often times employees leave the company because of this. HR - Unapproachable, callous, get frustrated when you ask simple questions, difficult to interact with.
