You will definitely learn a lot here. Since it is a small company you will have your share of work but you will also be able to take on a lot that you would not have the opportunity to do if you were working at a larger company. Good product, nice people.

It's a tough environment, but so are many places that are in the garment industry. There is a lack of structure that would benefit the company.
