They have not paid the salary of the 3 months to the employees. They have no vision to run the company, and it is a complete mess. Managers are not clear with the work process. There are no opportunities for the professional and monetary career growth. Fake promises. Never Join the company. They hired people to ruin their careers even if company was going through the financial crisis. There is no job security, never Join this company because the top management has no clear vision and they can say easily they don't have money to operate the company. They company is not clesed completely, still they have not paid the salary. Top management consists of fake people with no vision.

A s an intern i got learnt lot from StarPick. it gave me lot of Live projects to work on. StarPick has open culture, rhere is no hard and fast rule. Though, being an Intern company provided us workshop and communication trainings to develop our future career. Its a very best company to work with.
