I am stuck here and want out - Optician Standard Optical Employee Review

I have been working for Standard Optical for over 3 yrs and am very happy. My manager is amazing and have learned a lot from the 2 that I have had. Our DM is a great leader. My pay is really great. I am so glad I found such an awesome company to work for, we are all like family.

I do not have any cons.

You get a free pair of glasses when you join and again for every birthday.

Got charged with tax fraud during covid due to negligence of employer. Charges were dropped by providing documentation to courts showing Standard Optical's lack of instruction on applying for unemployment during covid, Standard Optical failing to distinguish pay between earned money and supplemental monies from the government, and that they were unable to provide the courts with proper breakdown of paychecks.
