Pros
Good pay, hours and benefits. On paper it looks like a wonderful company to work for. A place you can grow and make a career. They will seem really nice at first and cheer you on. It will be short lived before you are asked to do some highly unethical and questionable things.
Cons
It is a very toxic work environment. Upper management magages from their email. You will get tons of emails but nothing more. Upper management is allowed to say and do as they please with the complete backing of the company; from lying, to stealing, to abusive tactics. No matter how many employees complain and no matter how many good employees leave they have no interest in how their employees are being treated. Even if its abusive. If you have morales and high standards this is not the company you want to work for. You will be miserable.
