I couldn't be happier - Marketing Stand Steady Employee Review

I've been here for over a year. It's a small team close-knit team and everyone is really friendly and fun. With it being such a small team - you get to know every aspect of the business. You learn and grow SO much! Pros are: - Great People - Great Benefits including health, vision, dental, 401 k etc. - Casual Dress Code - Great Location (right next to Merrifield - lots of restaurants & bars and right next to Metro) - Lots of room to grow and move up - Opportunity to learn all aspects of business including Operations, Marketing, Customer Service, Creative, and more - Of course you have your choice of what kind of ergonomic desk you want to work at (including a treadmill desk!)
