Pros

- Free lunch - Young employees (Millennials & Gen Z), super fun and supportive. - There are two outings per year, one of which is abroad!

Cons

- Being an agency, it's super fast-paced—sometimes client requests can be quite unrealistic! - Private insurance will be provided after 4 years of employment. For the first 4 years, only BPJS is covered, with a maximum reimbursement of 200K per month for doctor visits.

Pros

i dont seem to find pros here

Cons

- fairly primitive and exhausting work (not in terms of amount of works, but the quality of life when coding, they do not use formater, linter, or anything, make coding super anxious) - hate on js (i was tasked with downloading generated QR codes for their client who needs to download like 11K+ QR codes for their new online ordering system, but my pr was rejected because i installed 1 js library thats fairly small *JSZip to a collection of 9 other llibraries that they use, i repeat, 9 OTHER) - although i didnt say that the amount of work is not a problem, thats because i just here for a little while until i get a better job so i dont really care about salary or position, but, they say they appreciate a good work life balance, but they use a kanban system not agile, that make a person working 3-4 projects at once thats all urgent and have to make that demand
