Pros

The interview process was easy and I was able to get an interview within 2 days. I had to complete some assessments on line and some assessments in the office. The whole process took about 2 hours and I met with 2 recruiters to review my credentials. Everyone was very professional and I felt confident when I left the company.

Cons

The interview process was very thorough and organized. The personnel was very helpful and offered self assessment training at the site to refresh or learn new skills. The recruiters want you to be successful!

pay is more than entry level

Cons

you're one of the many workers so they don't care for you. It's temp only for 2 weeks even when it said temp to direct hire. won't give you notice before you're out of the door and on to the next.
