Pros

I like the people I work with they are very understanding and can tell when you’re getting worn out and try to help you because I work third shift and it gets tough

Cons

There’s a lot of people that don’t understand how hard it is and higher up just cares about rate rate rate and not about their people sometimes and it’s very noticeable and that’s frustrating and things get over

Pros

The pay was decent, if you do not have a degree and want to get your foot in somewhere with decent pay. This place is cool.

Cons

Long hours. Micro managing is insane here, Massive language barriers. Consistently assigned work that was not my department nor did I know how, they didn't care. When critical events would happen onsite. senior management, directors, and all other sorts of higher ups would not come on site to see the critical incident. We would then be told what to do, do that, and then there would be a million questions and follow ups after. They never wanted to show up and help.
