      Busy place with great team mates and managment but always understaffed and trying to cover call outs.

      Pros

      I love barista work for the interactions with customers, and the Albany community is lovely to exist within.

      Cons

      Everything else. Jaded boss, we were overworked and underpaid, operations and training were terrible, etc etc.
