St. Paul Foundry has an open door policy. Shows appreciation for employees through regular cook outs where the owner and his wife grill for everyone, ice cream parties during safety training, giving out gift cards to employees who go above and beyond, and has a gracious yearly bonus. Awesome benefits package.
Cons
The culture has room for improvement as well as the training program for new and current employees. Work Force Development is a work in progress.
