Pros
If you work hard and are smart about running your business, this can be a lucrative job; just keep in mind that with any retail, it will take at least a full year to truly build a book of loyal clients, and sometimes longer. Benefits include good insurance, and commission raises depending on the amount you are selling. Favorite part: if you clientele appropriately and build real relationships with your clients, the resulting friendships are wonderful. You tend to meet some really amazing women, as the main demographic of this company is the working woman - so inherently many of them were barrier breakers in their respective fields.
Cons
+District managers can micro manage to an extreme level +Lack of support where it's needed, and will allow teams to go months (sometimes almost a year) with such lean skeleton crews that it forces the existing teams to take on extra tasks, but with no additional pay
