Pros

Some of the people you work with make it it worthwhile. I feel like I’m making a difference to tenants lives.

Cons

The new executives. We had bad executives and they’ve somehow brought in worse executives. People are leaving the company to go to other places. The turnover just shows how bad it is. Only reason I’m stuck here is because my tenants need me and I feel loyal to them. I’ve never seen such clueless executives. They know the culture is bad so they got a chief people person. Made it even worse. I know redundancies are going to happen. Is that what they want for the culture everyone is fearing for their jobs. No career progression unless you’re the favorite. Lots of nepotism. Even executives hire their own people.

Pros

I'd say a decent salary.

Cons

I would say that the management was terrible.

Pros

Standard pay and conditions. Opportunity to gain experience in tenancy management. Office locations are accessible by public transport.

Cons

Cons: Extremely toxic management style that damages mental health. Persistent micromanagement and lack of trust in team members. No real support when handling difficult clients or complex situations. Culture of fear: speaking up leads to isolation, unfair performance reviews, and retaliation. Bullying is common, often passive-aggressive and ongoing. Excessive workload with no flexibility or understanding from management. Leadership avoids accountability and shifts blame onto staff.
