Pros
Square Peg Technologies has been a breath of fresh air for me. After working for large companies for several years, I love the small company feel. Management has been extremely supportive both professionally and personally. The benefits have been outstanding and the fact that the support and encourage employees to get involved in the company to whatever capacity they desire helps everyone feel like they have their special place.
Cons
As a fairly new company, it is still identifying and creating internal policies and procedures so employees have to be patient while those get established and communicated.
