      Great environment and fun coworkers. Affordable health care.

      Making employees do manager-level work without manager level pay. They try to keep your pay as low as possible and if that means failing to give you a review, that's what they do.

      Pros

      The Pro would be WEEKLY PAY and Sprouts has a great selection of Healthy foods. CUSTOMERS need to realize it is NOT a grocery store that sells the typical BRANDS sold in other major grocery stores, SPROUTS is a SPECIALTY HEALTH STORE! DON"T shop there if you're looking for KELLOGG's, etc.

      Cons

      The Cons are very low pay for the job postion, raise % is ridiculous. Hours are scarce. Need multiple jobs on this pay and little hours, to live.
