Above average pay scales. 15% discount. Flexible scheduling.

Cons

Benefits are difficult to get. You have to maintain at least 30 hours worked per week for a whole YEAR before you are eligible for benefits. Unless you're lucky enough to hire into a certain few job codes that are actually considered full time.

Very nice coworkers, and a pleasant environment surrounded by people who care

Time off has to be scheduled 2-3 weeks in advance.

Pros

The Pro would be WEEKLY PAY and Sprouts has a great selection of Healthy foods. CUSTOMERS need to realize it is NOT a grocery store that sells the typical BRANDS sold in other major grocery stores, SPROUTS is a SPECIALTY HEALTH STORE! DON"T shop there if you're looking for KELLOGG's, etc.

Cons

The Cons are very low pay for the job postion, raise % is ridiculous. Hours are scarce. Need multiple jobs on this pay and little hours, to live.
