I got to work on a wide variety of tasks, with great coworkers. Also really enjoyed the travel that was part of the job. Our client organizations were all very impactful and great people to work with.

It can be pretty challenging, work-life balance is something that Spring has really worked to improve and it's definitely getting better Fast paced (which is typical of consulting) Small org with typical small org growing pains
