      Pros

      My principal and assistant principal went above and beyond to support me as a teacher. My principal always approved my requests to attend professional continuing education workshops, and she was never too busy to help me when I requested it. She was a great mentor. My students and their parents were amazing as well!

      Cons

      Teacher pay is low, but that's really a State of Texas problem.
