      Good exposure to work and take decision , Healthy culture. In direct reach to management . Good hike . If you raise any issue/suggestion to management they takes in positive way to solve /implement .

      Good for people who want to manage a warehouse and do Quality checks. On-time stipend.

      Cons

      the founder will pay only a fixed stipend no matter how much you work. variable is just to attract interns.
