Liberal State, County and City Government does not value the police officer. Democratic Mayor supports "Sanctuary City". Police contracts are never agreed to for years, eventually causing lack of raises for years. County Sheriff wants to run all of L.E. for the area, and State legislation refuses to grant paid retirement after 20 years of service, regardless of age. Earliest retirement benefits start at 50yoa with penalties for early withdrawal, even after 20years of service. No medical benefits what so ever for retirement. I retired at 45yoa and have to wait 5 years to collect benefits. Why did I retire early? Because the job stress and dangers cause early death. Most retirees that served over 30yrs, died within a year or two.

Zero. The other police officers are involved in drug trafficking. They do what's called the blue code. This means family and friends can break the law without having consequences or legal actions taken against them. They manipulate and fabricate evidence on the daily. There is zero pros and i still am employed here. More like slave and forced to stay i should say as I've been employed here for 7 years now and now know all the secrets. There's so many id need a dictionary. For starters it's completely corrupt. I'm white and I have zero racist in my entire body. However for my life and my families lives i am forced day in and day out to mercilessly beat and apprehend black males and females. Also any other race besides white females. We beat white males just as bad but don't seek them out like we are compelled and required to do for African americans and other races of color. To say that this entire city is nothing but white collar is and understatement. Nothing but white men and woman in all the seats of power from judge to chief of police. There's not even a single black lawyer in the entire city of spokane, airway heights and the valley.
