During that time, my salary increased steadily over the years and, after 10 years, had doubled from my initial salary. I worked on meaningful and challenging projects, and I had the opportunity to collaborate with truly talented, kind, and inspiring people.
What really sets this company apart is its culture. Employees are genuinely heard and listened to. Every three weeks, we meet with a talent manager to openly share how we felt within the organization, in our projects or in our personal life. Leadership consistently demonstrated a high level of transparency through monthly company-wide meetings.
