Pros

Friendly customers! Store manager gave me my preferred scheduling because I WORKED and was dependable. Previous manager gave me gas/food cards for same personal qualities. They do promote from within.

Cons

Started hiring people for same position at same pay rate I was at after being there almost 3 years. I was well liked by managers and had received the highest raises possible for my position! Managers would have given me higher raises based on merit, but were unable to do so! They increased pay when they started hiring at higher pay, BUT only for people that had been there LESS than 1 year!!! So if you were like me and had been a loyal employee for LONGER than 1 year....you were NOT compensated with the increase in pay. Seems to me that a large company should reward hard work, dependability, and long term employees.

Cons

Company expects more and more without proper compensation. 7-11 is closing them down slowly.
