      Pros

      - Smartest people I've ever worked with - You get as much responsibility as you are able to take, flat organization, easy to grow in the company - Big positive impact on world. Reading user reviews is inspiring. Glad to tell my family what I do.

      Cons

      - Remote first gives a lot of freedom. Would enjoy seeing people in person though. A lot of async communication (Good & Bad).

      -Cool company -Good experience -Good pay

      Cons

      -Very difficult interview. -Don't actually see any reqruiters until after the first round or two. -Unfair constraints on test.
