Destroyed my mental health. I wish I never worked here. Received little training. Inexperienced crew leaders had me working overtime every shift. When there was a death in my family I had multiple mental health crisis which were seen but brushed off. I wasn't offered any resources the attitude was suck it up or get out. I was told by a crew leader not to take time off. Feelings don't matter. I thought if I could push through it would be okay. I just want to die.
