      Pros

      Great medical and 401K. Good pay. Free cable and internet.

      Cons

      Weak senior and regional leadership in Central Region. Management makes fun of account executives and does not respect them. Hire inexperienced sales reps to pay less money. Sales staff pay plans change dramatically each year, in favor of the company.

      Pros

      Company Provides Tools and Vehicle, they put your through the training you need. Lots of room to move up and improve.

      Cons

      Days can be long, You will sometimes be sent over an hour away for jobs. You are not paid for your drive time to your first job or home from your last. You will have to repeat other techs that do not install according to company standards
