Pros

Great benefits and decent pay.

Cons

Metrics are slightly unrealistic and changes are being made unfortunately for capitalistic reasons and not for customer satisfaction. Upper management is trying to squeeze staff dry and experimenting on how much they can get out of one person as they can. Unfortunately, these changes affect customer satisfaction metrics and are encouraging poor ethics.

Pros

Benefits like gym, healthcare, PTO (although you only get about 12 days or so initially) The people are great, really nerdy cool crew, the work is really satisfying for designer minds.

Cons

Training took forever, just for you to see if you like the work you are there 4 months, this is a really niche industry and they expect you to know the details to advance to higher pay, to get an advancement of title, you essentially get a pay cut and a team that appears unhappy.
