Management is for the most part TERRIBLE. They only care about numbers, even if the producers are being dishonest, policies and compensation is ever changing and never for the employees benefit, they hire way too many people to work the territory’s, the place has gone to crap since the merger— there is a reason why Time Warner was bought— because they were not doing well, why would you adopt their policies and procedures?? The company motto is (or should be) it’s not what you know- it’s how long you’ve worked for company (all 3.) everyone plays blame game instead of trying to solve problems, and though I could go on— lastly, HR is for the company. They are not for the employee, do not be dismayed. Should you ever have health concerns they will try their best to get rid of you. When I learned I had Breast Cancer- I told my female manager in confidence as we were very friendly. The next day I got an indeed ping that my position with the company was posted. A few hours later, an hr representative reached out to me to let me know my driver’s licenses were expired— I was diagnosed on my birthday— This was the very LAST thing I needed to be worried about after being a loyal employee for 6 years. HEARTLESS IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. My sales manager, nor any of my colleagues checked on me while I was on leave. They finally terminated me while I was on leave because my doctor didn’t get the paperwork to them on time despite my persistence.
