      Pros

      A fantastic place to learn and grow in your career. Great people and a wonderful team. Hard work is always appreciated. The founder of the startup is a great mentor and a huge support. You also get exposed to the best of the best in the industry and make everlasting connections with them.

      Cons

      Being a start-up, you take up a lot of responsibilities. Not a con if you really want to make it big in life. You work hard, but you party harder.

      Pros

      Have worked at a few organisations before but have never received the kind of growth and learning opportunities as I have at SpeakIn. You are the owner of your work and are treated as a partner no matter what level you are working at. You are encouraged to contribute in any area you wish to work in and the rest of the team is always around to help. Wonderful people to be around and learn from!

      You can experience working in all areas of interest. No cons really.

      I wish, it had some.

      Cons

      10 working hrs Juvenile CEO from an amazing college but with mood swings that are forced upon employees. COO and Director are no less. They are pretty fake and petty. I am not sure how the future of the company looks with such "AMAZING" people. Oh, and you don't have your personal life if you work with these amazing people.
