Pros
I was able to quickly grow from an entry level position to an executive position in less than a year. I made roughly 50k during the management training process (11 months) and now make over 6 figures in my current position. I cannot say enough good things about this company and what they have done for me and my family.
Cons
This isn’t your typical 9-5 and does require extra time outside of the normal business hours for travel, networking, coaching, etc. however, this time investment definitely pays off in my opinion, but I could understand if that’s not what someone is interested in. There is a high level of accountability and if you’re someone that likes to clock in and be left alone, this probably isn’t the position for you. However, if you’re someone that seeks growth, feedback and improvement this is ideal.
