You can learn as much as you are willing to, working with a tight crew and lots of collaboration between departments. The benefits are unmatched in any job I've heard of. Management is approachable and able to be flexible and creative to help you meet your goals.

Because it is such a small organization, there is a lot of crossover in terms of job duties. A lot of tasks that don't really seem to match your job description might fall on your desk because there is not a person or department specifically designated to handle them.

Very efficient organization. Treats employees well. Great free meals.

Not much room for advancement. A little boring.
