We are going through some transformational changes right now, and we acknowledge that navigating such change can be demanding. Your advice to gather more input from employees is valuable, especially in the context of these changes. We are actively working on enhancing our communication channels to ensure that our employees have access to the information and resources that they need to be successful. These include more frequent opportunities to hear directly from our ELT via Sovos Connects open mics, revamping and relaunching mySOVOS and bolstering our internal communications team (among others!) Being Remote and standard benefits

Cons

Sales leadership is horrendous. New people are brought in not trained, aggressive targets (that have never been hit) usually designed to be the escape goats to protect the old guard. Long tenured sales protects the existing power structures. When results slip, they blame newer reps. New hires don’t hit, quotas unrealistic, weak implementation. Nightmare of a company, the worst I have ever worked at.

Quota-setting and new hire ramp structures are areas we invest in seriously - they're because we want our sellers to win, not to set anyone up to fail.
