Pros

You get to meet new people everyday. You get to work outside and alone for the most part. I enjoyed most of my customers.

Cons

The corporate culture is crap. Everyone above the regional manager is absolutely clueless when it comes to hiring good employees. When I first started it wasn't that bad. You were paid piece rate based on the jobs you did. That meant you were in full control of your earning potential. Once they changed to hourly the company started getting more and more worthless. I don't understand how they expect to not only retain but attract hard working employees. I would not be surprised if this company gets shut down when they can't keep enough employees to work for them. I feel bad for the FSM's who get paid crap salary to deal with the ridiculous standards corporate pushes them to enforce. Another downside is the lack of family time. If you want to work very uncertain hours and be told you have to work mandatory days at last minute notice then this is the job for you. With no experience be prepared to start out at $11 while training, $12 when you go solo and a whopping $13 after your first 90 days. If you have prior experience don't expect much more. The medical benefits are also a joke and adding your family members will pretty much drain your check. Also be fully prepared to work in pouring rain, sleet, snow, extreme heat and freezing cold.
