      Pros

      This company is all about supporting communities that deserve an opportunity at building wealth. And it’s not all talk. They actually do the work. Which is refreshing for a bank to think this way from the top down.

      Cons

      They are growing, which includes a lot of growing pains. Some things are a little antiquated. Some ruins move a little slower than our competitors.

      Pros

      Very inclusive of all employees. Bank has a mission, they don't just focus on profit. This is the best place I have ever worked at.

      Lower pay than large corporations
