Pros
Great work environment. I have an amazing staff everyone is very easy to get along with even at different locations, I helped out at. They offer pretty good benefits.
Cons
The pay is pitiful! Chickfila pays their associates better than South State does. No kidding, my friend makes $17 an hour working there making biscuits (not even a team leader) while I'm making $16.64 opening accounts.
