      There is not a single good thing about working here

      Cons

      The health care is garbage and it’s literally just a savings account. The culture is “we love to say no to our customers”. The procedures are absolute chaos that is impossible to understand. The management is in denial and blind when it comes to practicality.

      Favoritism Non-existent Raises Unnecessary AI use EVERYWHERE Pays less than other banks that are keen on selling, while they now take a sales-forward approach for no raise whatsoever Higher-Ups don’t know what being in a branch is like in the modern day
