Having a set schedule, but that's it. Nothing else.
Cons
Power-hungry middle managers, being kept in the dark on all decisions, surprise layoffs. They genuinely don't care about the Deaf/hard of hearing community, it's all about the money - which they end up paying to the FCC in fines, anyway. They were fined in 2021 for $40.5 million because they were allegedly giving providers incentives to refer patients to their service, and then in 2024 for $34 million for allegedly keeping customer data.
