Pros

Great access to very cool products. Product discount program is very good. It's great to be associated with such a respected brand. Nice office environment. No set number of vacation days, you take them as you need/want with your manager's approval.

Cons

Everything is an emergency; several fire drills per day. Management does very little planning and as a result we are always in catch-up mode. HR is invisible... we barely have any sort of performance review process, and almost no succession planning. Don't expect to be trained here. You learn as you go. Some groups work very long and stressful hours. Other groups barely put in 40 hours/week.

Pay is at market at best Moving away from hybrid work model to onsite model Currently in transition to merge with TCL. Beware of layoffs Processes are bureaucratic- difficult to take swift action Work model is fairly flat, leaving few opportunities for upward career growth
