Cons
Poor welfare and working culture (it's either you fit or you don't) It's more about the hours you put in or your seniority rather than your efficiency or performance as an individual. A lot of double work and overlapping of job scopes, processes here are still lagging behind particularly in software and systems (still very backdated). A lot of bureaucracy and lack of cooperation across departments slow down efficiency.
