Politics are inevitable in a corporate structure, but successful corporations are able to achieve a great culture where talented people are appreciated and challenged – the Admin side of the company is far from achieving this. Favoritism is transparent and leads to unqualified promotions. Leadership opportunities are scarce. There are discrepancies between Title and Responsibilities. Management doesn’t provide a sense of connection and value.
