Pros

Pros: If you enjoy technology, this role provides constant opportunities to learn and grow. The workplace is welcoming, with a generally friendly team. Compensation is negotiable within range, with annual performance-based increases (up to 5%). Company culture has historically been strong, though it is currently evolving. Management is open to employee input, though follow-through can be inconsistent. Offers a long-term learning journey, especially for those who like exploring new tools and systems. Non-technical roles often have more predictable hours, including time off during holidays and lighter workloads at the end of the week. Semi-regular company-wide and yearly in-person meetings foster some sense of connection. Sales and accounting teams regularly have opportunities for travel to conferences and trade shows.

Cons

This is a company with many great people, but there are structural and leadership challenges that impact the employee experience. AI adoption is on the horizon, creating uncertainty about future staffing needs (estimated 2026–2027). Employee feedback is gathered but not always translated into action. The cultural identity is shifting due to efforts to emulate larger tech firms, which some feel has weakened the original company values. HR adjustments to benefits (vacation, sick time, medical coverage) have reduced overall employee satisfaction. Payroll has had recurring issues in the past. Sales struggles have, at times, impacted stability, leading to reliance on external partners. High-performing employees may face heavier workloads without proportional recognition or compensation. Leadership transitions (including founder departures and new management) have created uncertainty. Remote work allowances have been removed. Many technical roles require mandatory on-call duties due to system reliability challenges. No paid lunches, and not all roles are salaried. External hiring and outsourcing have limited opportunities for internal promotion. Career advancement for technical staff in particular can feel limited. Technical staff often have fewer holidays off compared to non-technical roles.

Pros

The leadership cares, and they stand behind their company values.

Cons

Being under 50 employees in the US it's been difficult to change health insurance carriers. United Health Care is not a top tier provider like BCB or Cigna.

Pros

- Teammates were good people and easy to work with. - Pay was decent.

Cons

- Too many managers in a short time. Hard to know who you’re even reporting to half the time. - No clear direction for sales. Expectations change constantly. - Ended up doing a lot of admin work instead of actually selling, which made no sense for the role. - Culture didn’t feel supportive. When things weren’t working, there wasn’t much guidance or help. - Felt like there was always something changing internally, which made it hard to do the job properly. - Work environment became stressful and frustrating over time.
