Hardware dept is very worst in this company. I worked in Hardware department for 1.5 years almost. Hardware HOD is very rude & full of partiality. I resigned because of over stress, depression. No work life balance, only mental harassment from hardware department head. Won't get HR support also for these issues. Some HR are good. But HR head & hardware dept head are friends. So no support.
