      Pros

      I get to set my own schedule and make nearly $35/hour. Support from home office is amazing, I really like the daily sales meeting on Facebook, and the Spouse Leadership Academy webinars. It really feels like a family I got to choose. I have been here for a long time now, and I have seen a lot of people who weren't willing to put in the work. They come and they go. If you have a good work ethic, a teachable spirit, and a positive attitude Sometimes Spouse will help you achieve whatever goals you set for yourself.

      Allows you to use your skills (if you have any) and help people who are in need of home repairs.

      First and most importantly, the owners are completely obsessed with turning a buck, Max and Christy are 100% about making money and don’t care about taking care of their employees or the customer. When I was an employee I worked for a great guy who was constantly being hounded by them for money. He needed up returning the franchise to them and that’s when things went downhill. They changed the pay scale without consulting the employees, fired several hard working members of the team, and didn’t want to pay workers for the time between jobs (leaving one job and going to next). If the job took longer than the estimate (which was a joke) they wouldn’t pay the worker.
