Pros
Flexibility is the only thing that is good, if I could give it no stars I would.
Cons
This company says they want employees who will grow with them, with no room for advancement, but will have you do different work titles with no compensation and they will tell you they want to make a difference in patients lives, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. They care far more about hitting numbers than actually helping patients. If you’re expecting support, appreciation, or long-term stability, don’t count on it. Turnover is constant. You can be a top performer, hitting every goal, and still be fired without warning. Meanwhile, people with multiple write-ups stay on. Leadership is a mess — they’ll praise you in meetings and then fire you the next day. The excuse of “tenure” is just that — an excuse. I’ve seen people with four years or more let go while brand new employees are kept. You’re expected to call people relentlessly, even after they’ve asked not to be contacted. It feels unethical. HR is useless — they don’t respond or help when you need them. Training is 2 weeks and leaves you unprepared. If you want to feel valued, make a difference, or work somewhere that actually puts patients first, avoid this place.
