Pros
100% remote . Some mgmt are very understanding about the frustrations of employees and offer much needed support.
Cons
Poor PTO. You start with 1 floating holiday and then go on to accrue 1 day a month. Must call off 18hrs in advance for use of unscheduled PTO. No one is on the page regarding work flows. Too many people trying to be managers when they aren't. Multiple managers seemingly operating outside of their role with their team as they attempt to manage others outside of their department. Rules being made up as they go along. Constant and unnecessary changes. Morale is extremely low. Perpetual flow of people quitting. Little to no room for advancement unless you're in upper mgmt. Many individuals in mgmt roles are out of teach with anything that makes sense with regard to making the program run more efficiently.
