      Pros

      40-hour weeks (paid overtime for anything extra). Useful computer training classes to get you started (Microstation).

      Cons

      Stressful deadlines made worse by disorganized project managers. Everyone is spread too thin. Office culture is dusty and boring (and not progressive, i.e. subtly sexist/racist comments from older male employees). IT department is not open to suggestions. HR is absent.

      Management and HR cannot address inappropriate behavior if it is not brought to their attention. All issues and concerns are taken seriously when communicated.

      Pros

      Provides great learning on some large and excellent projects. The office and co-workers provide great support to each other, which was unusual in my previous workplaces. Company provides excellent benefits (monetary) and now had options for hybrid work options, that provides great flexibility.

      Cons

      Not as such that is not unique to any land development firm

      Pros

      The pay is decent but that's all.

      Cons

      Oh boy is this place run by an 80 year old and it shows. The offices are old, the people are also old and grumpy, the turn around rate is stupid high. The manager for the Lanham office is heartless and drives his corvette like he's the ceo. It's a wierd place to work. The people are wierd, the work is not consistent and from so many different projects loose ends. They potch and hire new people like It's water. So many better engineering companies, dont waste your time.
