Everything is awesome here, - Work as hybrid, but in my project, I don't need to go to office, so I'm full remote. -All people nice here -I get permissions I need, a lot of flexibility -you can grow as professional - pays a lot of money, over the average
Cons
It depends on the project you are assigned, in my case, I had to do maintanance to a big project which is really tough, because has legacy code, and it's compound of tons of other internal projects Some sprint you have no much free time for you
